just took the bag to iceland loaded down with a laptop and way too much junk. the bag performed really well and had enough room for whatever i threw in there and was fairly comfortable despite the weight. the metal clasps on the strap bent slightly but as i said i had way more weight in the bag than i would normally expect it to carry but the bag should serve me well for a long time to come.
