Your personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by JiffyShirts.com. Financial information that is collected is only used for the current order and then destroyed never stored on our computers. Alternatively you can also checkout and pay with our friends at PayPal.

If you have placed an order at JiffyShirts.com, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about news and offerings. If you do not wish to receive such updates, you can remove your e-mail address.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and return the unwanted items separately. No restock fee & we pay return shipping.

• Place a new order for the items you want. Please try to use the same credit card billing name.
• Keep the new order number handy.
• Have your old order number ready.
• Complete the return request form found at top of this page.
• Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute.
• In one business day or less (usually much less), we will send you and email with your RA # and an electronic return shipping label.
• Please print the label, place it on the box, then drop the box off at any UPS location.

Please Note:
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original order.
• The original order's Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
• Standard shipping rates (if any) will be applied to the new order.
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
• Items that have been altered or washed cannot be exchanged.
• Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-30 days to have your refund issued.
• If this return label is not used for any reason, JiffyShirts.com will not compensate for alternative return shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, any item can be returned to JiffyShirts.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

Use our Returns Form to quickly request a RA#.

Please Note:
• Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
• We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.
• Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
• Items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
• Customers pay for the shipping to return the merchandise.
• Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
• There is a restocking fee (the greater of $5 or 15% of the product total) per RA. There is no restock fee on equal value exchanges.

MAJOR DEFECTS
All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact JiffyShirts.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Email orders@jiffyshirts.com and describe the problem so we can fix the problem.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed. You may need to do an exchange. Please contact our staff for help.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is not delivered by UPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.

ESTIMATED DATES
Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with Ground service and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total. JiffyShirts.com does not provide compensation as a guarantee was not offered.
