Cons: some people don't like the 1/4 zip, they prefer the full zip, but otherwise a great fleece.
We purchased these fleeces for our company store, had them embroideried, and they sold like hot cakes. Mostly people worn them to keep warm in the summer due to excessive Air conditioning. This is heavier than other fleeces I have purchased and the "fleece" itself seems more sturdy. Also has better cuffs on wrists and collar than the cheaper one, this fleece is worth the extra money
