I bought this sweatshirt for my husband in Afghanistan--he needed something in neutral colors, not too thick, stand up to "industrial" laundry, and comfortable. So far, everything is perfect and for the price, we could not be happier!
I cannot comment on color fade or shrinkage, but he has not mentioned anything.
The sweatshirt material is on the thinner side (not too bulky), which is perfect for layering with a T-shirt and, if needed, a jacket.

This sweatshirt has exceptional quality. Definitely no complaints on the quality. I make sweatshirts for my business and use a heat press process to make these and they turn out very nice.

I really like the mix of Poly/Cotton with this shirt. It comes out of the washer/dryer looking new, not like the typical 100% cotton T's that most of the time have that wrinkled appearance as if they've been wadded up in a ball their entire life. These shirts take heat transfers great as well - They are a little thin, but they are soft and very comfortable to wear. Can't beat the price!

I like oversized, natural fiber sweatshirts. This sweatshirt is PERFECT! The bottom band is not tight - it hangs straight over my hips and is EXACTLY the way I like them! The shade of pink I bought is also the perfect color. They wash great and will definitely order more! Not only are they perfect, but I ordered them on Monday and received them on Tuesday!

I thought for the money, this sweatshirt would be ready for the trash can in a couple months. I was totaly wrong. This product is comfortable to wear, looks nice, and can take a lot of abuse. I wear them to rake the lawn, work on the job, and as casual dress. The only draw back that I found was that it tends to shrink a little in the dryer. Now I just hang them and let them air dry.

Just a beautiful piece of material.
I have washed it many times over and over and it still looks NEW. DOES NOT shrink up. I love to paint on them and give them as gifts for all occassions. EVERYONE who has one comments on the whitness and feel of the frabic. And how one can wear it right out of the dryer!!!!!!!!

My son is foreman of a large work crew. That company only buys
Gilden shirts .When I needed the best--he informed me that the
Gilden sweat shirts were the best there is. I ordered enough for my whole family. As of today---they have been worn and washed many times. The fit is perfect and there is absolutely

I purchased these shirts to use for iron-ons that I designed as a favor for guests at my annual Daytona 500 party. They worked great and everyone seemed to like the quality. I liked the price as it helped to keep my expenses down (In the past,I had purchased shirts from local retailers) The fit, cut and comfort were comparable to any other shirts I had previously purchased, and they have held up fine after washing.

We had an idea to make up special sweatshirts for the family (6 sons) to wear in honor of my mother-in-law's 80th birthday, and a special one for the birthday gal. We designed an iron-on transfer on the computer for the special occasion. We were very satisfied with the quality of the product and the fit was perfect for all. I was concerned that the shirts would be "cheap" in quality but was pleasantly surprised and very happy that everyone was happy with the shirts. Everyone looked fantastic in them!

Gildan is one of our first choices for imprinting our Heat transfers to in sweatshirts. IT is a very good quality medium weight product and is priced fairly so that we can keep our prices down to the consumer, on our finished product. We personally use this product for our own family wear as well. It launders well and maintains its size and shape over time. We also use other similar products of other brands on occasion, and Gildan is comparable to them in both price and quality.

I used the tee shirts for our company. I bought white ones and dyed them yellow and put our logo on them. They worked out great. The quality of the shirts were just as good if not better then ones you buy in a store and the price was simply awesome. Can't beat it. The cut and the fit is very nice on men or women. I would buy again as soon as the ones I have now are worn out. So far....since I bought in 2005....they are still wearing good.

These are very good shirts, I use them for screen printing. They are a bit tight considering that you should be wearing them over other shirts but it is the same situation with all of these shirts no matter where you buy them. They print really well, color looks very good, they do not bleed colors and shrinking is minimal. This is definitely a good buy.

I love the quality of this sweatshirt. However, I have to remake each one to fit a woman as the bottom band and the wrist bands are too wide. Bottom band is way to tight for a woman. I would love to see a more relaxed sweatshirt for a woman that is the same quality.

this sweatshirt was a very good value for the money, but on the lightweight side...which is not an issue, but it's something to keep in mind. If you want a "plushier" sweatshirt you will need to get a different brand...however, this sweatshirt was perfect for our needs.

The product definitely meets my needs. I am now painting
them to sell to raise money for our local fire department. The quality of fabric is very good, and they wash up beautifully!! I was concerned that they would be all wrinkled because I could't use softener so I could paint on them, but they require little or no ironing. The sizing is also like they used to be some years ago. I compared a large bought several years ago to these new shirts (neither had been laundered), and the old large is the same in size as one of your medium sizes and the fabric is much nicer on yours.
I had ordered using my old experience of sizing, and yours run so true to what they should be, that I will now
have to order more in medium and small sizes instead of large and X-large.
Please consider me one very pleased customer!!

I have been very happy with the Gildon 50/50 sweatshirts.
For the price the quality is very good and my customers are very happy with the product I produce for them. I so decorate the sweatshirts with a varity of different things. The fit is very generous. I always wear some myself to make sure the customer is happy with it. I wash mine repeatedly on purpose and the wash very well.

I have an embroidery business and use your garments. They stand up well to embroidery. The sweatshirts keep their shape and do not get pilly after numerous launderings. I have found that some other brands do not wear as well and I will continue to use Gildan.

I purchased the sweatshirts to embroidery on them. They took the designs very well. The only problem is I ordered my usual size, and they are quite large on me. They wash very well, just wish the neck was a little smaller, but am sure that the next time I order them, I will be a little more knowledgable of the product and will order the next size smaller.

We used the sweatshirts as team shirts for the MS Walk in St. Albans, Vermont in April, 2006. The shirts were SO soft and comfortable! We used colored markers to put the team logo on the back and to decorate the front with names of friends and relatives with MS. We bought the most inexpensive item you had, and I believe we got very good value for the price. This sweatshirt is just as good as those we can buy in our local stores. We thought we looked GOOD in them (the fit and cut was just fine)!

I can't say enought good about the sweatshirts that I ordered. The quality and price is fantastic.
This wasn't my first order and it surely won't be my last.
I do the machine embroidery on the sweatshirts and give them for gifts as well use them myself.
The ones I got last year have been washed numerous times and they still look and feel brand new.
They hold their shape and color washing after washing.
I have bought sweatshirts and paid allot more at the store and there is no comparison to the ones I ordered from your website.
It is also convenient for me to be able to pick the color and size I need right from home and have them delivered within a couple of days.
