Nothing to complain about here, from description to actual product to ordering & delivery, price- terrific! I intend to order another backpack for myself in another color since I'm so pleased with this one. I specifically wanted a drawstring type closure, such that the straps can be pulled to close the backpack & then I've got the straps to sling over 1 or both shoulders & this is what I have!
