What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know the status of my order?

You can see your current order status and order history by visiting the Orders page when logged in on our website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sometimes! Contact Us to request a cancellation or change and we will do our best to try and catch the order before our fulfillment team gets to work. Due to our rapid shipping process, we are not always able to make the changes requested but we are here to help with no hassle returns and will work with you to see the refund completed as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my order?

While we are not able to provide direct exchanges we are always happy to help with returns and finding the right items for you. You may enter a return request on our Contact Us page for quick and easy returns and proceed with placing a new order for the items wanted. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with finding the right alternative for your project.

I received a coupon code, how do I use it towards my order?

Simply copy and paste your code in the “Coupon Code” box at the bottom of the cart page. Your total discount will show on the Checkout page.

What is the process for returning an order?

You can return any unused items within 100 days of purchase using our fast and simple process. Just visit our Contact Us to submit your return request and we will send you a prepaid shipping label ASAP. Shipping costs on first return per order are complimentary. Additional returns are subject to a shipping and handling cost of $9.95.

Can I return items that have been decorated?

We are not able to process returns for decorated items. We always recommend testing your decoration method on one item to see how it works for you!

How long does my refund take?

We know how important it is to process prompt and reliable refunds. Combining return shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take up to 7-21 days to have your refund issued. Store credit returns will be applied to your account as soon as your return is received and inspected at our warehouses. We will send an email notification to let you know as soon as it’s completed.
