Massive pilling issue.

I use these hoodies for HPV, and I order about 30 per month during my "not busy months"... Previously I had no issues with these hoodies, I have some that I purchased for myself that had no pilling issues whatsoever. Recently however, I've noticed that all these hoodies are pilling. I'm not sure if they changed the quality of the cotton/ polyester that they use or what!! I have screen printed approximately 200 of these hoodies in the last few months for basketball teams, and many of my customers have made complaints of this issue. A year ago, these hoodies didn't have this problem. For me at least, the pilling isn't being caused by washing, but rather just by wearing it.
The pilling is especially bad on the sleeves, which at first I could live with.... but when the arms and front began doing it I was very disappointed.
I find it very interesting also, that in the Product details it claims to have less pilling... Not true Gildan. I will be trying different brands to find one that has a better lasting quality, which makes me sad to have to do since everything else about these hoodies is perfect :/
I'm curious if anyone else feels the quality of this hoodie isn't the same as it used to be.

Great quality sweatshirt. I purchased this for my daughter and it's not too thick and not too thin. It also hold up well after washing. I purchased a large and she is in a 10/12. It fit perfectly. The color doesn't fade even after several washes. I will definitely be purchasing these in different colors in the future.

The sweater shriks at least one size. Maybe two. The sizing charts are not very good. We bought some for christmas last year and all the kids only lasted in them about a month because they got tight and small. And none of them could were them. This was with 10 children and 3 families. Don't like them at all. Good material. My 3 year old is wearing a small. Size 6-8. And she is vey small. she was 2 months early. and only weighs 32 pounds. And it fits her good. None of the 10 kids are over weight. They are all very skinny.

My granddaughter put it on and didn't want to take it off! The color is gorgeous and the fit is very good. I got a medium for my 7 year old 57 lb. granddaughter.
