Special Order Items
We are excited to offer over 3000 Special Order items for sale. We are working with new warehouses to deliver products beyond what we would normally be able to offer.
All Special Order products belong to a Fulfillment Group, based on where they are stocked.
Each Fulfillment Group is treated as a sub-order with it’s own shipping fees and Free Shipping threshold. This allows you to order items from a variety of brands for a single additional shipping fee.
Not interested in these new products? No problem! We still offer thousands of products from your favorite brands as Standard Order Items . Select the “Standard Order Items” filter under Fulfillment Group on any search page and you will enjoy the same shopping experience you always have.
How can I tell if an item is Special Order?
You can find Special Order items in the following ways:
- A “Special Order” badge on the search page
- By selecting a Fulfillment Group filter on the search page
- Details about each product’s Fulfillment Group are under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page
- Fulfillment Groups have their own section on the cart page
- The table below lists every brand from every Fulfillment Group for easy reference

We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below.
Returns & Refunds
For any reason, any blank item can be returned to JiffyShirts.com within 100 days of the purchase date.
Use our Returns Form to quickly request a RA#.
- Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute.
- Usually instantly, we will send you an email with your RA # and PDF return shipping label.
- Please print the PDF file of the UPS shipping label.
- Place it on the box, then drop the box off at any UPS location or give your returning package to your UPS delivery person.
- We issue a free return shipping label. If you need to return multiple orders, please don’t combine. Use the return label issued for that order for the returns & refund.
- Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
- Multiple return requests on the same order will be reviewed and may be refused.
- We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.
- Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
- Items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
- Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
- Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
- If the return label is not used for any reason, you must return the items at your own expense.
- No restocking fee.
- Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
- Socks may only be returned if the packaging they arrived in has not been broken.
- We are unable to accept any returns on underwear (boxers, briefs, thongs, etc.), face covers, or any item marked Final Sale.
All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact JiffyShirts.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please report a claim to our Orders Department.
Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.

Cancellations & Changes
Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please contact our staff for help.
If an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.
Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with Ground service and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total. JiffyShirts.com does not provide compensation as a guarantee was not offered.
