We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below.

Returns & Refunds

For any reason, any blank item can be returned to within 45 days of the purchase date.

Use our Returns Form to quickly request a RA#.

  • Requesting a Return Authorization (RA) for the full or partial order only takes a minute.
  • Usually instantly, we will send you an email with your RA # and PDF return shipping label.
  • Please print the PDF file of the UPS shipping label.
  • Place it on the box, then drop the box off at any UPS location or give your returning package to your UPS delivery person.
Please Note:
  • We issue a free return shipping label. If you need to return multiple orders, please don’t combine. Use the return label issued for that order for the returns & refund.
  • Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
  • We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.
  • Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
  • Items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
  • Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
  • Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
  • If the return label is not used for any reason, you must return the items at your own expense.
  • No restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.
  • Socks may only be returned if the packaging they arrived in has not been broken.
  • We are unable to accept any returns on underwear (boxers, briefs, thongs, camisoles, etc.).

Major Defects

All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please report a claim to our Orders Department.

Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is not delivered by UPS or USPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.

Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with Ground service and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total. does not provide compensation as a guarantee was not offered.

Processing Tax Fee

Online retailers are now required to charge sales tax in most states. We're not any happier about it than you. If you have a tax exemption certificate or purchase for a business reselling the goods, we can help you get verified and register for tax exempt purchases. Administrating the requirements, collecting, and sending the taxes to most states has created a great deal of overhead and costs. We need to use third party technology to correctly calculate tax or no-tax for every county and state. For orders requiring a sales tax, The Processing Tax Fee of $0.83 per order covers all associated costs with the verification and administration of government issued documents, tax calculation, tax filings, general compliance, and the final remittance to state or local agencies.
